Armada Litigation Club

In 2024, ARMADA Law Company launched a new professional Telegram channel – Armada Litigation Club – dedicated to analysing current litigation practice and deeper understanding of legal processes in Ukraine.

This channel was created to become a platform for sharing knowledge, experience and practical considerations on the most difficult legal issues facing Ukrainian courts. In particular, we consider the specifics of litigation involving companies located in the temporarily occupied territories. This category of cases causes a lot of debate among legal practitioners and requires careful analysis both in terms of national legislation and in the context of international case law.

Armada Litigation Club

Why is it Important ?

Practical implications for lawyers

Ukrainian lawyers face new challenges on a daily basis, due to both the hostilities and the transformation of the legal environment. Issues related to notification of parties, access to justice and enforcement of court decisions involving businesses from the temporary occupied territories, require not only a formal approach, but also deep strategic thinking.

Study of international experience

Analysis of the ECHR case law allows Ukrainian lawyers not only to avoid mistakes in the application of the rules, but also to predict possible consequences for the country in international jurisdictions. This is especially important in cases where national practice is not in line with European standards of fair trial.

Building a professional community

Armada Litigation Club was created not just as an information resource, but as a community of knowledgeable and active lawyers who seek to develop, exchange views and influence the development of Ukrainian litigation practice. It is a space for professional discussions, joint research and exchange of views on the most difficult aspects of law enforcement.
Through the Armada Litigation Club initiative, ARMADA Law Company seeks to increase the level of professional competence in the legal environment by creating added value in the form of high-quality analytical content, practical cases and in-depth expertise.

We strive to unite professionals who think broadly, study international practice and develop Ukrainian law not only formally but also conceptually.
