PartnershipTracking is a project designed to create a transparent and predictable career development system within the company.

The main idea of the project is to provide each team member with a clear understanding of what growth opportunities exist, what success criteria are applied, and what needs to be done to move to a new level of responsibility and professionalism.

As part of this project, we:
Structured the main roles and positions that exist in the company, as well as possible areas of development (for example: vertical growth, change of functional direction, development towards expertise or management).
Formulated clear requirements, expectations and criteria for moving from one position to another. This applies to both hard skills and soft skills, level of responsibility, independence, impact on processes, ability to work in a team, and other key factors.
Ensured transparency –  each employee can read the tracking and independently assess where he or she is at and what is needed for further growth.
Integrated tracking into performance review processes to ensure regular progress assessment and open dialogue between employees and managers.
Based on the results of individual development cards and in accordance with the criteria set out in the «PartnershipTracking» project, we have updated the team’s positions.

Based on the achievements, compliance with expectations and professional growth recorded within the tracking, four lawyers were promoted to the position of lead lawyer. This decision is a recognition of their contribution, increasing level of responsibility, expertise and ability to take on leadership roles in projects.

It also demonstrates that the career tracking system works in practice: it allows us to objectively assess development and recognise employee progress within a transparent and predictable model.

This project is a tool for development, motivation and strategic planning. We believe that transparent rules build trust, and a clear growth system encourages professional self-improvement and long-term partnership with the company.
