        We are currently looking for a project manager in corporate training who will engage companies in long-term cooperation and organize regular corporate training programs for them.

        A few words about the project and its meaning. We invest a great deal of resources into preparing high-quality educational events where we share real-life practice, our own expertise, and experience with clients and partners of the firm.

        We also organize a number of personalized sessions for Ukrainian enterprises across various industries and topics. A common trait among all these events is that they are offered free of charge, as we take pride in contributing directly to the development and awareness of Ukrainian business.

                The process consists of the following important stages:

                1. After reviewing your resume, we contact you by phone and schedule an initial interview with an HR representative via Zoom;
                2. After the Zoom interview, we send you a test assignment to complete.
                3. You complete the task, which includes drafting a legal document. Based on the results, we provide feedback and invite you for an interview with a partner of the firm.
                4. You attend the interview with the partner.
                5. We decide whether to offer a 2-month probationary period;

                From our experience, this process is highly effective, allowing lawyers to demonstrate their skills and receive constructive feedback. We begin actively collaborating with candidates during the test assignment stage—answering questions, coordinating deadlines, and identifying effective communication channels.

                We understand that completing and reviewing the task takes time for both you and us, but practical experience is extremely important to us. It also helps you understand the level of work expected on the job. So this is a meaningful and necessary step in the mutual selection process.

                Your direct supervisor will be a senior partner of the practice, who will assign tasks and approve deadlines. Overall, we aim for our specialists to independently plan and manage their time as much as possible.

                You have a real opportunity to reach Practice Partner or Company Partner status.                 We understand that professionals with experience selling legal services are rare. Most of our sales managers do not have formal legal education. So when selecting candidates for this position, our priority is to ensure that you have experience and desire to sell, understand negotiation stages, and are communicative and empathetic.

                For quality onboarding, we’ve developed detailed Commercial Proposals tailored to each industry and client need, along with a roadmap for cooperation, training materials, and courses.

                Your first month with the company is focused on learning: you’ll study our algorithms, commercial proposals, attend a sales training program, and complete assessments. Only after that will you begin independent work—with continued access to consultations, feedback, and support from lawyers and team leads.

                We work full-time in the office, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00). We observe national holidays and weekends. We do not practice overtime or overloading staff outside of scheduled hours.
