Anastasiia's recent experience includes:
- Successful representation of a client in a complex case regarding the division of corporate rights of spouses – shares in the authorized capital of an LLC totaling UAH 53,600,000. Anastasiia developed an effective legal position taking into account the specifics of corporate and family law relations, collected and analyzed the company’s financial documentation, worked with experts to determine the real value of corporate rights, and prepared the necessary evidence regarding the sources of acquisition of corporate rights. The developed defense strategy made it possible to achieve a fair distribution of property and protect the client’s property interests, taking into account his position regarding the preservation of control over the company.
- Comprehensive legal support for the conclusion and execution of foreign economic contracts between a Ukrainian company and a non-resident under martial law and currency restrictions. Anastasiia developed an interaction structure that provided for the phased fulfillment of obligations in accordance with NBU Resolution No. 18 and other currency restrictions, in particular: structured the payment mechanism through a letter of credit form of settlements, implemented a system for monitoring compliance with settlement deadlines, and ensured full compliance of contractual documentation with currency legislation. Thanks to the developed mechanism, the client was able to continue international cooperation, avoiding violations of currency legislation and maintaining favorable commercial terms for both parties to the contract.
- Representation of a real estate owner in a multi-level dispute regarding the invalidation of electronic auctions, the protocol of their conduct, the act on the conduct of electronic auctions, and the certificate of acquisition of property from public auctions, as well as the reclamation of property from illegal possession and the recognition of ownership. Anastasiia formed a comprehensive legal position, collected and presented convincing evidence of violations of auction procedures to the court, which led to the satisfaction of the claims and the restoration of the client’s violated rights.
