Anastasiia Luuk is the Head of the Tax and Tax Consulting Practice at Armada Law Firm with over 12 years of legal experience. Anastasiia specializes in resolving complex tax disputes, advising clients on taxation, and representing their interests before tax authorities. She has deep expertise in tax planning, conducting tax audits, and minimizing tax risks.
Anastasiia advises both Ukrainian and transnational companies at the stages of planning and consulting, as well as during various stages of tax disputes, including out-of-court and judicial proceedings.

- Defense of the interests of the Prometey Group of Companies in court proceedings regarding the cancellation of illegal decisions and the obligation to register tax invoices for a total amount of 2,950,000 USD;
- Consulting and strategic tax planning for the representation of a transnational company, one of the leading distributors of computer equipment and components, on taxation matters related to Diia.City residency.
- Defense of the interests of Ecofresh, one of the largest fruit exporters in Ukraine, in a court dispute with the tax authority over VAT reimbursement in the amount of 322,569 USD.
- Providing consulting services to the MTI Group of Companies on strategic interaction with tax authorities, including analysis and preparation of responses to information requests, as well as comprehensive support during tax audits aimed at minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Defense of the interests of a transnational agricultural producer in a dispute regarding the appeal of a decision by the STS on the imposition of a repatriation tax in the amount of 4,798,356 USD.
- Representation of the interests of Mega Yapi Insaat Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi during the administrative appeal of a tax authority decision totaling 5,350,000 USD;
- Consulting for the telecommunications company lifecell on taxation of charitable assistance.
- Representation of the interests of one of the largest foundry enterprises in Ukraine in a dispute with the tax authority over the appeal of a tax notice-decision amounting to 5,941,000 USD.
- Consulting and tax planning for conducting business in Ukraine for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of optical devices, scopes, and thermal imagers.
