For the past 15 years, Borys has successfully represented the interests of businesses and individuals in commercial, corporate, tax, inheritance, family, and labor disputes, as well as disputes involving real estate and land.
Before joining ARMADA Law Firm, Borys headed legal departments at several state-owned enterprises in the defense industry, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Administrative Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He managed a team of 12 lawyers and attorneys. There, he gained extensive experience in handling legal proceedings concerning the return of assets to state ownership, including real estate and land plots, as well as challenging fiscal authorities’ claims and countering fictitious debts.
Additionally, Borys Kalinichenko has 10 years of experience handling family and inheritance disputes.

Borys graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and holds a specialist degree in Law.

- Representation of several agricultural exporters in disputes over challenging the accrual of foreign currency penalties and the recovery of tax debts totaling over UAH 23,000,000.
- Representation of a company engaged in construction equipment repair, maintenance, and rental in a debt recovery dispute totaling over UAH 8,000,000.
- Representation of a private investor in a dispute over ownership of corporate rights in a commercial real estate operator in Kyiv region worth over UAH 50,000,000.
- Support in a series of commercial disputes regarding the reclamation of real estate illegally possessed by individuals, belonging to a state enterprise managed by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
