As part of the litigation and dispute resolution team, Dmytro provided comprehensive legal assistance in the process of recovering damages related to additional expenses incurred by the client due to forced substitution of goods not delivered by an unreliable contractor under agricultural supply agreements. Because of the contractor’s failure to properly fulfill contractual obligations in terms of quantity and timing, the company was forced to procure the goods from other suppliers. Due to the price increase on the market, the client had to enter into new agreements at higher prices for sunflower seeds, leading to significant additional expenses. Together with ARMADA Law Firm Counsel Valentyn Hamei, Dmytro developed a strong and well-reasoned strategy to protect the client’s rights and interests, which ultimately resulted in full satisfaction of the client’s claims by the court.
- Representation of GENTMED, Latvia, in a court dispute exceeding EUR 700,000. The non-resident company approached ARMADA Law Firm requesting legal assistance in a debt recovery case under debt transfer agreements. Together with ARMADA Law Firm Counsel Valentyn Hamei, Dmytro gathered necessary evidence, developed a legal position, and prepared a statement of claim for debt recovery, which was fully upheld by the commercial court.
- Legal support for a group of companies in a damages recovery case due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, exceeding USD 1,500,000. The group approached ARMADA Law Firm after their real and movable property was destroyed or lost due to Russian aggression. Together with ARMADA Law Firm Counsel Valentyn Hamei, Dmytro collected the required evidence, developed a legal position, and filed claims against the Russian Federation for compensation. As a result, the court fully satisfied the client’s claims and ordered the aggressor state to compensate the losses.
- Successful defense of a company engaged in wholesale trade of household electrical appliances and consumer electronics in a case involving an unsubstantiated claim of over UAH 8,000,000. The client, a legal entity, sought legal assistance from ARMADA Law Firm in a lawsuit regarding the alleged debt. As part of the litigation and dispute resolution team, Dmytro helped develop a successful defense strategy that resulted in the court recognizing the plaintiff’s claims as unfounded and dismissing the claim in full.
