Liubov Sharak is a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, and the Compensation for War Damages Practice.

Liubov specializes in protecting creditors’ interests in financial disputes and recovering problematic debts, as well as in family and inheritance disputes, and property rights protection.

Liubov studied law at the West Ukrainian National University. In addition, Liubov obtained a master’s degree in International Legal Relations and International Diplomatic Relations.

  • Since 2022, has been attending and participating in events and forums of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization SD Platform;
  • Was one of the organizers of the “Natus Vincere” intellectual tournaments and the Winter Law Games held at the Faculty of Law of West Ukrainian National University among teams aged 15–20 years;
  • From 2022 to 2024, conducted volunteer activities at the university and led the charity initiative aimed at helping socially vulnerable groups, supporting the military and their families, as well as organizing charitable events to raise funds for humanitarian needs;
  • From 2022 to 2023, served as Head of the University Campus Council and Deputy Head of the Student Self-Government Council.

Liubov’s recent experience includes:

  • Case support and analysis of the situation and documents, preparation of necessary documents (applications, complaints, etc.), representation of the client’s interests in tax authorities and courts regarding the cancellation of a tax lien imposed on real estate owned by several private individuals and business entities in an apartment building;
  • Case support on the side of the defendant, represented by a leading logistics company, to prevent the recovery of damages and moral harm caused as a result of a traffic accident, which includes a detailed study of the circumstances of the accident, analysis of documents provided by the plaintiff to identify weaknesses and inconsistencies, assessment of the case prospects and development of a defense strategy, preparation of a response to the claim stating the defendant’s position and arguments in its support, minimization or complete avoidance of damages and moral harm recovery from the logistics company;
  • Consulting a non-resident on child adoption issues, providing comprehensive information on the analysis of Ukrainian legislation regarding adoption by foreigners, clarifying requirements for adoption candidates, in particular regarding their personal qualities, financial standing, and health status, collection of necessary evidence and transfer of the adoption case to court;
  • Consulting a non-resident on the procedure for confirming family ties by a Ukrainian resident, analysis of documents held by the non-resident and the Ukrainian resident to determine their compliance with legal requirements, preparation of the necessary applications, motions and other documents required to confirm family ties, representation of the non-resident’s interests in government authorities, institutions, and organizations where it is necessary to confirm family ties;
  • Consulting individuals on the establishment of the fact of living as one family and the division of jointly acquired property of spouses.
