Nazar possesses a range of professional skills that allow him to effectively find solutions to various legal situations. In particular, his systematic approach to analysis and problem-solving, combined with fluency in English, enables him to navigate the international legal environment with ease and communicate effectively with foreign colleagues, ensuring clients’ interests abroad.
He specializes in representing clients in commercial and civil disputes, as well as working with foreign legal institutions.
Before joining the firm, Nazar gained experience working in state judicial and enforcement bodies, as well as in the legal department of one of the largest restaurant chains in Ukraine, where he obtained valuable experience in supporting commercial, civil, and administrative cases, as well as in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

- Representing a Ukrainian company engaged in the sale and leasing of construction equipment in a case for compensation of damages caused by damage to construction equipment in the amount of 78,000,000 UAH.
- Representing a Ukrainian telecommunications company in a case concerning the recognition and enforcement of an award of the International Commercial Arbitration Court in the Republic of Latvia.
- Defending the interests of a Ukrainian company engaged in communications in the Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in a case regarding improper performance of a supply contract by a Turkish counterparty.
- Defending the interests of a Ukrainian company engaged in agricultural production in a case challenging the decision of the arbitration court and refusal to issue a writ of execution for the enforcement of the arbitral award.
