Olena Sereda – Counsel of the Intellectual Property Practice at ARAMADA Law Firm, specializing in IP rights protection, intellectual property registration, and resolution of complex disputes in this field. She has deep expertise in advising clients on IP asset management, developing protection strategies, and minimizing legal risks.
She supports both Ukrainian and international companies at all stages of their operations — from IP registration and contract drafting to court representation. Olena has extensive experience working with clients in the IT, pharmaceutical, retail, and FMCG sectors.

Olena’s Recent Experience Includes:
- Protected the interests of a Latvian pharmaceutical manufacturer in a trademark dispute against a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company, resulting in the invalidation of the trademark certificates. This case marked a significant achievement in defending the trademark rights of an international pharmaceutical client.
- Successfully concluded a case in which the court recognized information about a well-known pipe manufacturing company as false and damaging to its business reputation. The court ordered the removal of the article, representing a major success in reputation protection.
- Developed an effective protection strategy for dietary supplements of a prominent pharmaceutical company and prepared the corresponding contractual documentation.
- Successfully defended the trademark rights of a public organization in a high-profile case against the largest pharmacy chain in Ukraine that was using the emblem without legal grounds.
- Drafted contractual documentation for the protection of intellectual property for a charitable foundation.
- Provided legal advice to a Korean cosmetics manufacturer on halting the sale of counterfeit products by infringers.
- Defended the interests of an Australian metal detector company regarding the cessation of counterfeit product sales by violators.
